There were reported injuries caused by sticky electrodes which were used in a certain types of Go Flow devices:

Recently, we've seen an increased interest in using tDCS devices with sticky electrodes (primarily because this is one of the default configurations of the foc.us GoFlow device which launched recently). Coincident with this, we've seen an increase in reports of injuries from sticky electrodes.[6]
